These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Agile Ventures ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "you", or "your"). 4. Intellectual Property

The website and its original Content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agile Ventures and its licensors. 5. Termination

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Agile Ventures, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of Content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if Agile Ventures has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Law, the aggregate liability of Agile Ventures and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater than one dollar or any amounts paid in cash by you to Agile Ventures for the prior one month period before the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability.

8. External Sites

The website may contain links to third-party websites ("External Sites"). These links are provided solely for your convenience and not as an endorsement by us of the Content on such External Sites. The Content of such External Sites is developed and provided by others. You should contact the site administrator or web admin for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or any content located on such External Sites. We are not responsible for the Content of any linked External Sites and do not make any representations regarding the Content or accuracy of materials on such External Sites.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed by the laws of India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of India.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
